Shipping Fee
Free Standard Shipping (2–3 calendar Days) on orders over €49.
Expedited Shipping (1 calendar day) on orders over €119.
For orders under €49, Standard Shipping (2–3 calendar Days) is available with a €3.99 shipping fee.
Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Orders
- Order processing and shipping are available 24/7, except on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Please note that shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons.
- All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. The estimated delivery date provided in the tracking information is an approximation only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return the item, please follow our return procedure. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
- We do not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be cancelled. Please ensure that a valid physical address is provided at the time of order placement.
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Delivery Address
- A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will cancel and refund the order without notice.
